Patel and his partners, Mike Palanza and Urmesh Dahya, opened the restaurant today in the Shoppes of St. Lucie West Shopping Center at 1407 NW St. Lucie W Boulevard. The opening marks the first Stevi B's Pizza in St. Lucie County.
"In and around the Port St. Lucie area, Stevi B's Pizza is building strong brand awareness and a loyal customer base," added Patel, who also operates 18 IHOP franchise locations in the region. "We look forward to serving the community for many years to come and growing the chain's presence along the state's eastern shore.
The new location spans 4,500 square feet, and its design reflects the chain's commitment to fast casual dining, blending quick service with a casual dining atmosphere complete with multiple flat screen televisions. For adults, each Stevi B's Pizza offers a laid back environment ideal for lunch and dinnertime discussions, and for children, the experience includes a retreat from the norm with a fun game zone.

The Port St. Lucie Stevi B's Pizza location is the first of 10 that UMA Capital Investments, LLC plans to open along Florida's eastern coast throughout the next three years.
With original menu items such as Loaded Baked Potato pizza and a warm decor featuring stonework and granite countertops in an open kitchen environment, Stevi B's Pizza breaks through the blase of buffets with an exciting fast casual concept. Creative pizzas include the Cheeseburger Deluxe, Chicken Fajita, Macaroni and Cheese and more, and are complemented with a fresh and full salad bar and enticing dessert selections. The buffet is $5.99 for adults and $3.59 for children under the age of 10.

VIP parties take on a new meaning with Stevi B's Pizza. The 'Very Important Pizza' party in Port St. Lucie is Stevi B's Pizza's grand opening fundraising effort.
Benefiting the Big Heart Brigade of the Treasure Coast, a 100% volunteer organization made up of civil servants, community leaders and local residents, the organization gives each and every penny it raises back to the community for feedings, scholarships, local families experiencing health or home crises and service oriented organizations in need of extra support such as fire departments.
All invited guests, including Port St. Lucie Mayor Patricia Christensen and other members of the Port St. Lucie City Council, donate $5.
