After the elaboration of an innovative plan like the one for the natural shopping centre of Rieti, BRD Consulting wants to outline the guidelines for a complete valorisation of the old town centres. BRD Consulting obtained the charge of realizing urban marketing plans for the old town centres of Chieti, Lanciano and Vasto, with particular reference to their function of main natural commercial area.
The objective of the work will be the supply of elements useful to enhance the confrontation with many economic subjects and citizens with the possibility to act on the lever of intervention to focalize the key elements of the policies of revalorization of the commercial and aggregative function of the old town centre, establishing a series of initiatives to reach the goals.
The project wants to verify the most important commercial areas of the town and then upgrades some of them with a new strategic plan to improve the quality and the usability of the old town centre.
