Capriotti's Opens Newest Southern California Location In Encino
Award-Winning Sandwich Retailer Expands to Meet Growing Demand by Opening New Location In The Valley
ENCINO, CA, March 31, 2010 /Franchise PR News/ -- San Fernando Valley residents no longer need to drive to Beverly Hills to get their Bobbie fix, as Capriotti's, the award-winning sandwich shop, will open its second Southern California location in Encino on March 15. After a successful debut in Beverly Hills in January 2010, the new Encino location will help satisfy the high demand for Capriotti's' one-of-a-kind, made-to-order sandwiches.
A long-time East Coast staple, Capriotti's signature subs are made with the freshest and highest-quality ingredients that are sure to please the palates of even the most discerning California foodies. Capriotti's best-known sandwich, the Bobbie (made with homemade turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing and mayonnaise), along with the Capastrami (made with hot pastrami, melted Swiss cheese, Russian dressing and coleslaw), and the Slaw Be Joe (homemade roast beef, provolone cheese, Russian dressing and coleslaw), will be available at the Encino location, as well as cheesesteaks and hand-pulled turkey sandwiches. The turkey and roast beef used in Capriotti's sandwiches are roasted in-house every night to give customers the most succulent and savory "sandwich experience" possible. Vegetarian options are also available.

The new Capriotti's location will open March 29, 2010 and is located at 16101 Ventura Blvd, Suite 101, Encino, Calif. 91436.
