Dan possesses magnificent management skills as he oversees a staff of 24. He is responsible for opening up the restaurant on a daily basis as well as ordering the products and providing marketing for the business.
During his educational career, Dan attended Conestoga College where he studied Electronics. He sponsors a women's softball team and participates in charitable activities. In the time away from his busy schedule, Dan enjoys golfing.
